Analysis: Town hall
It was encouraging to see the airing of grievances. Everyone enjoyed a behind-the-scenes look at the recent issues.
Old business was moved to the back burner, and uncomfortable, probing questions regarding new business were taken from the rear of the group first.
After starting with a little light humor, and being quick to crack a few jokes, the VP absolutely wrecked ‘em with his analogy of the present economic situation, to similar ones in the rear view mirror.
However, many were quick to point out they are tired of being bent over by the company’s contract interpretations.
Thanks to all that participated openly.
