What you said, and now are attempting to walk back is that the proof that our contract wasn't worth what ALPA said it was is because Fedex didn't report that as a loss. Never mind the fact that you got the month of the earnings call and the value of the contract wrong.

FedEx didn't report the massive increase in cost that they should have if our TA was so valuable. Nor did they report a loss at all. If the pension increase was so valuable, don't you think that would have triggered a paper loss? It should have....

Not until we agree on the contract. If they offer to buy aircraft and Boeing turns them down there is no cost or expense.

So, you said that Fedex didn't have to report a Boeing contract until they took delivery of the planes, but they had to report the total expense for a contract that hadn't been voted on and would become effective for 31 days in the upcoming quarter. Your "accounting rules" don't add up.
