you are correct! This new bid system is substantially better than the bump and flush of yesteryear. we probably are not allowed to say something is better from C2015 though. Easy explanation. An FDA pilot has a time limit imposed by a foreign country that they temporarily resided in. Once the time is hit they must legally leave. If you want that “advantage” then bid an FDA and do the required time per the contract. Not that complex. Are you done crying yet? I bet the crocodile tears are piling up on your keyboard.
