Perhaps you can explain what this is, if it is not the wet lease payment?

I know it is not a "signing bonus", that's for sure.
Is it over $4000?

No, $544, just like everyone else's.

Over on JF, someone pointed out this was the exact amount of the last one back in 2021.

I think someone in payroll goofed.

If this is the company messing with us, they just guaranteed a 95% in favor on a strike vote…

Guys. Quit your beeotching. If you don’t like it, leave. Other airlines are hiring. This is the best place to work in the whole wide world. Now shut up, and go back to coloring!

Given my recent experiences with ALPA, their answer on this matter is going to be “Well, the company has done this before so there is precedent. So there isn’t anything we can do. Do you happen to have a video taken with witnesses of Fred Smith saying the wet lease payment would be over $4000? If so, send it to us and we’ll sit on it for 6 months before telling you that we don’t think it will help.”

I have yet to see a payroll “mistake” in my favor.

But if it was in your favor, they'd ask for it back with interest.

Pay attention everyone. I wonder if this happens with billion dollar stock buybacks?

We are ok waiting for our money. Just like we are ok with you payroll deducting our paychecks because I don't have a receipt for a hotel you booked that I'm staying at performing duties for you. Maybe we should all fill out insite reports asking for 4000k payroll adjustments?
