Do you know how that 150% or 200% language looks? I don’t because I haven’t seen any language or caveats yet. We also have revision pay. Currently DAL has no revision pay if it falls in the footprint from my understanding told to me by a bud at DAL. Spend some time on the DAL thread. You will see quickly many of their large goals were left behind. Many are not cheerleading like you.

Are you ready to take the DAL contract before any language is released? Are you ready to take the DAL vacation, retirement, PBS, Avg daily guarantee, etc? Contracts aren’t one or a few items. They are looked at and valued in total.

We are in negotiations for a reason…….. Stop just looking at one item or a handful of items. Ask what you want in total. Happy New Year!
We are behind in so many areas of work rules too. I honestly would prefer delta AIP minus 5 percent if we had QOL and work rules that beat them in every sector instead of get delta plus 5 % but not see any improvements to our awful work rules. Our current contract has more holes than a spaghetti strainer, and in other areas it's just left unfinished.

We have never gone into bankruptcy like DAL has, we didn't come close to bankruptcy like DAL did in 2020... why should we accept a contract that doesn't exceed theirs in 99% or 100% of all areas?

Delta has definitely done it in post Covid history. The question of “why” will come up in the interview, Delta has taken guys who told them no while at one gig and reapplied from their follow on job at a Delta competitor.

Are you saying that delta has hired pilots after the pilot rejected their first CJO? Because that’s what I’m asking. Does any major do this? I haven’t heard of it.

If so, let’s compare our street corner workers to everyone else. Rumor was we had more than a few break 1 mill. I bet numerous went well over 750k. This is why the company slow rolls us. They don’t need to offer more to get most to do more.
Talk to your rep, no one broke 1mil, schoolyard rumor

Reps don’t know everything. Rode on a triple JS with a LCA who was bragging about clearing 7 figs in ‘21. He wears a A350 lanyard if that helps narrow down which LCA.

I’d be shocked if some of the Hong Kong guys didn’t make over a million. 777LCAs too.

I will also be shocked if we ever see that again tho. Anomaly event no doubt.

Thats a testament to their contract that will only get better.
Our contract is the same in that area. Numerous WB B’s make more than NB A’s. Hints the reason 75 Capt continues to go so Jr. Carryover, VBB, Draft/AVA.

I cant think of anything more ill-advised than a million dollar W-2. The government gets their money first. But hey if you like giving uncle Sam 50% of your earnings go for it.

All of this in the thick of negotiations and picketing. The majority choosing to do tons of extra during times in which we had leverage. Are you finally seeing the real problems? This is why management laughs at us as pilots?

We had leverage and we failed as a pilot group. Now we are desperate for the mediator and NMB to throw us a sympathy bone.

That is not what I’m saying. Go back and reread what I said. Plus, you are also talking about guys here doing a bunch of premium.
