I get it, our pay rates are from 2015. We are behind. That is why we are in negotiations. To fix that.
Having high line values is not permanent. We had high line values for almost 3 years when many of them had reduced line values.
Do you know how that 150% or 200% language looks? I don’t because I haven’t seen any language or caveats yet. We also have revision pay. Currently DAL has no revision pay if it falls in the footprint from my understanding told to me by a bud at DAL. Spend some time on the DAL thread. You will see quickly many of their large goals were left behind. Many are not cheerleading like you.
Are you ready to take the DAL contract before any language is released? Are you ready to take the DAL vacation, retirement, PBS, Avg daily guarantee, etc? Contracts aren’t one or a few items. They are looked at and valued in total.
We are in negotiations for a reason…….. Stop just looking at one item or a handful of items. Ask what you want in total. Happy New Year!

We have never gone into bankruptcy like DAL has, we didn't come close to bankruptcy like DAL did in 2020... why should we accept a contract that doesn't exceed theirs in 99% or 100% of all areas?

Curious, what makes you think that delta or any other legacy would give any pilot another CJO after rejecting them? I haven’t heard of that in the past 10 years+ or ever. Maybe I’m wrong in thinking that FedEx isn’t the only one who wouldn’t give you another chance? Although I feel they are in less of a position to do that.

Are you saying that delta has hired pilots after the pilot rejected their first CJO? Because that’s what I’m asking. Does any major do this? I haven’t heard of it.

Are you referring to the Sun Country poster on that thread that said the following
“The new contract is great… work rules and premium makes up for the lower rates.”?
If so, let’s compare our street corner workers to everyone else. Rumor was we had more than a few break 1 mill. I bet numerous went well over 750k. This is why the company slow rolls us. They don’t need to offer more to get most to do more.

Its great to have great choices. Their pilots can decide they want more money than QOL at this point in their life by bidding NYNBCA and make as much as our WBCA, or they can decide to QOL over money and bid WBFO and make more than our NBCA.
Thats a testament to their contract that will only get better.

All of this in the thick of negotiations and picketing. The majority choosing to do tons of extra during times in which we had leverage. Are you finally seeing the real problems? This is why management laughs at us as pilots?
We had leverage and we failed as a pilot group. Now we are desperate for the mediator and NMB to throw us a sympathy bone.

That is not what I’m saying. Go back and reread what I said. Plus, you are also talking about guys here doing a bunch of premium.
