I don’t. Use miles or pay out of pocket. With 3 kids in tow usually when we’re traveling, the last thing I need is the emotional rollercoaster of will my family get seats or not.

Same. These days OAL nonrev travel is less of a benefit and more of a method of psychological torture. I’ll maybe list on a jumpseat if it’s just me flying and I’m flexible, but I ain’t subjecting my wife to that.
