you have been here long enuf to know our only option. ALPA negotiators used to go into negotiations with that already decided to hurry things along. the corp Management team here is very good at dragging this out till we used up all out funds then we take whats on the table and call it good, it never is tho.

We have choices as pilots and as a pilot group. Pilots made choices for themselves. As others have said it’s all about ME ME ME to most at FDX.
Choices have consequences. We are currently seeing those consequences unfold.

Do you ever listen to yourself - it’s pathetic you feel the need to constantly repeat the same thing over and over and over again about how selfish and greedy all FedEx pilots are as a group, and then present yourself as a morally superior individual who just happens to be the smartest person in the room. Your shtick is getting old and worn out.
I believe Tony C is right about you on all accounts!!!

What did I post that was inaccurate or false? What part of my post wasn’t based on facts and what actually occurred the last 18 months? As a kid we are taught the basic concept of decisions and consequences. I just simply pointed out the decisions many made and the consequences we are now facing with reduced leverage. If other choices had been made would we still be in negotiations? Would the company have felt more pressure to get a contract done? Would that pressure have progressed us to mediation quicker? If a majority can’t pass up draft, how many of those can hold the line in a strike situation?
