Wouldn’t matter a bit. Just depends whether they have a slot(s) when you start. I’ve heard of them “creating” a spot for people who express interest but don’t know whether it’s true. Being bilingual could be an interview/resume enhancement maybe.

Nope. Just training spots available and SSN last 4.

this isn’t entirely true for CGN. If you volunteer for it, don’t they start you a day earlier for the fda? Or did they stop doing that? You can not be forced into a fda as a new hire.

Yeah, I agree that no one can be forced. There was one spot on the training letter for the month I was classing up. There were two volunteers from my class. The spot was filled in the first class of the month, so even though two people wanted it in my class, neither of them got awarded it.

What would one expect the cutoff to be for getting in a class before the training department shuts down for peak? Wondering if early august interviews would make the cut, assuming you were lucky enough of course.

No longer a day early start. However, they do find out 2-4 weeks in advance that CGN was awarded, So, they know that they will be on 757. Rest of the class finds out a day or two before the BI date what they were awarded as per their last four of SS.
