The internal memo said as much, but I am not about to quote it directly. They also said it was not quite in place yet, but they were working on it, and it would take effect soon.

I would never recommend quoting any internal memos word for word on a public forum.

So, "you heard it from the crew bus driver", who, in this case, read it personally.

That's the best I can do for you.

If you have a four year degree but a 2.45 GPA will you still not get an interview like before🤔

This literally changes nothing other than allowing those without a bachelor's to apply. American dropped it years ago, and still the new hire classes are full of those with degrees. Keep enhancing your resume in other ways i.e. LCA, Sim Instructor, PE, etc.

Would you leave UPS for FedEx on year 3? Still time left to max pension before 60 at FedEx. First upgrade about the same time away(or earlier at FedEx).

probably not unless you live in IND, OAK, or MEM.
