Vaccination status
Why should we comply with this request?
Does HIPPA come into play?
Where is the union on this?
Why haven't we heard from them?
Other airline pilot groups negotiated to be paid to be vaccinated, why not us?

I'm giving the union the weekend to come back with a proper response. They speak for me.

Only comply if you're on probation.
no. neither does HIPAA.
Planning their next bounce castle party.
See above.
So wait, are you worried about your ability to make your own healthcare decisions or do you just want the money?

My Text to Pete Dillenbeck
Pete, just an unsolicited comment about vaccination status; feel free to share!
Management unilaterally cancelled the Covid MOU and now they want our vaccination status to make they're job easier, really? Give us the contract we deserve with meaningful retirement improvements and I'll share my status!

The union should immediately give 7 day notice for the jump seat agreement.
If they did, the company might be interested in renegotiating the Covid MOU.
We should have done that in response to their cancellation, but we were too busy playing checkers.
Our leadership is either weak or complicit with the company, both are unacceptable.
