Not an issue really. You’ll just have to bid avoid a few countries but it’s very doable without totally screwing up your schedule, at least on the MD. You can always bid reserve or a secondary/VTO line too.

Ignoring the troll’s (nowork) unhelpful reply, there IS some impact on the unvaxxed flying MD or 77. Currently, India, Canada and Singapore are the countries we are required to be vaxxed to fly to. The company has set the requirement, not precisely the countries themselves. This list could grow or shrink, anyone’s guess. If you’re assigned a trip with one of those countries on it you’ll be removed and essentially put on reserve those days (quick gist, not the whole deal).
So, can you avoid those countries on 77 or MD? Absolutely, hundreds (maybe thousands) do so every month. It restricts your bidding a little but I certainly wouldn’t advise someone to avoid bidding 77 or MD solely on this basis.
Edit: OBTW, my personal observation last few months has been international locales that, on paper, require vaccination to eat out, go to museums etc have 100% stopped asking for vax status/proof. Doesn’t seem to be a thing anymore.

We have ways to bid avoid it and those countries with restrictions are even going away. Got it.

In a few years, this is a distant memory. Will all these restrictions be lifted?

If I were hiring, I wouldn't bother hiring the unvaxxed.
I say that not as a political issue and it's not a commentary on vaccine effectiveness or anything of the sort.
There's going to be another epidemic or pandemic and the frequency of them is going to increase - that is a statistical fact. Why would you hire into that fight?
