In addition to what FdxLag said, do what works for you. My situation is different from your’s and your’s is different from the next guy.
We were considering moving to Memphis. When the seller backed out on us it was a blessing. The move wasn’t financially smart or truly going to increase my family’s QoL. It would alleviate a couple 1/2 days of commuting for me each month, but in the big picture it wasn’t “better for us all...at all”. We’ll be coasties for life and a happier, richer (money and otherwise) family that way. Point is, no anonymous person on the internet can tell you what’s best for you.

There are about 175 of us living in CO. JS to MEM is very crowded. JS to IND not so bad but there are about 15 that commute to IND. Nice thing is that there are a lot of DEN trips in the bid packs. If you live close enough to DEN you can get paid to be at home.
I would much rather live in CO and commute, than to live in MEM.
Assuming you haven't been offered a job by all three, definitely pick the first one that offers a job.

I’m curious as to what advice would be given for someone living in Denver? Commute to SDF or MEM? Or try to get on with UAL and wait for years to hold a line in Den, as it is a painfully senior base? Commute to more days off and higher pay or drive for min days off and less pay?

If someone is planning to remain where they live when they are hired and it's nowhere near any major airline domicile, then commuting to pax airline X, Y or Z may be a coin toss. Sure, take the first offer you get. If they already live in a domicile city for a particular airline or are open to moving to a particular domicile city but not others, then maybe continuing to pursue their true dream airline that meshes with those relocation plans while they start with the one that calls first is the best move.
After doing the pax airline commute for a while, when I look at my commute at FedEx now there is no comparison. Anyone who has committed to career as a commuter for whatever compelling reason who is still looking for the final company where they can hang their hat needs to be trying to get hired at FedEx. IMO, there is no better place to be a commuter.

Pension rate? Monthly guarantee rate? All effect total compensation. Percentage of pilot group in a cherry picked high WB rate versus majority in NB rates etc. Hourly pay rate just one minor detail in the calculation. Hourly rates are a poor yardstick in total compensation.

Almost fake news. Two close friends who have been hired around the same time I was...one is still at 95% blended rate and other is at 90% narrow body. Maybe that’s just luck and timing but it speaks volumes when talking about pay rates.
