Big announcement coming soon. This is what is being prepared.

We are losing pilots at a faster rate than expected. Unfortunately, this has resulted in us expediting our shut down phase which should be completed by second quarter 2018. Thanks for all you do and have done. Wish all of you the best of luck.

Unfortunately, I think the dream of staffing extra UAL flying is going down the drain as LASA pilots flee the sinking ship. Nothing against the ERJ group, I think they are tired of waiting for good news.

LASA guys, how many (best guess percentage) are even considering sticking with the company and going ERJ? What are people saying on the line?

Is the company counting on a certain amount of LASA to come over, or can the status quo be held with just LXJT and normal hiring (and attrition) on their side.

Is the whole plan of survival based on an unrealistic expectation? Or is staffing not that bad and no room for LASA to come over anyway?

The conference call this summer seemed like a smoke and mirrors game and the promised "monthly conference calls" has certainly not come to fruition.

So whats the plan? The Inc call said LXJT side will operate 100 planes. The release says 108.. And the words “up too” keeps getting thrown around.. and “still trying to find homes for the 700’s”.. maybe a better picture after the first of the year..

Counting planes on the flow board, right now we are at 100 ERJ, and 84 CRJ. What concerns me is just a couple weeks ago we had 127 ERJ and a couple months ago we were at 137 ERJ. That's a fast drop.

Are those accurate numbers? I guess one could count tail numbers on ops specs document. I've never seen the numbers this low, do they normally fluctuate on the flowboard that much? Or do those numbers fluctuate with block hours being flown?

Didn't they say a while back anything below 100 or 101 ERJ the company could not be profitable?

If there is going to be an upward trend as promised, when are we to see it? When does this new amazing UAL CPA actually kick in?

I thought they said the new CPA begins in January. We are still under the old CPA at legacy XJT.
