Only 20% of the pilot group fills out schedule surveys... That tell you why?? Bet only 20% of OO pilots even get on the Sapa website.. and only 5% post...

AND NO, I do not work for or recruiting for any airline. Just check out who is on the bottom.

Haha... That Skywest Kool-Aid must be strong to be worth a $100k pay difference at 5 years. Anyone else wonder what they lace it with? I'm thinking the drippings of unmarried college age mormon girls.

They didn’t add the bonuses at SkyWest.... not that that will move it up the list that much. 10 year Captain its about 10-15k a year based on how much you work..

Well, hourly rate is a much better comparison, since bonuses can easily vanish at the whim of management. Good luck to the CRJ folks looking to make the jump to Endeavor, I wish you all the best.

Of course there is? Is that resignation talking. Because I'm still struggling to understand why that last pay proposal was even presented at the Mighty Skywest let alone getting voted in? SMH

It was voted in because of the growth.. so far they haven’t lied... And im sure if we voted it down they would have gone to XJT and offered the same deal. And they were already willing to say yes..

Yeah, but you aren't answering the question.

Maybe because Skywest bonuses aren't bonuses? They are profit sharing or performance bonuses, neither of which are guaranteed. Unlike the bonuses at all the other regionals.

So you are saying that the 45 ejets would've gone to xjt? The negotiations at xjt have stalled. Management doesn't want to pay.

Hmmm, that's a lot of speculation. Have you seen Skywest's profit margins for the last several years? I think they'd be okay if they paid you guys more. I also believe that those planes were going to Skywest regardless. Now you're stuck with near bottom industry rates. And yes I know about the bonuses. Performance bonuses are the hardest to quantify as regular income
