In the recently updated and approved SkyWest Policy Manual. Go ask them about it on the SkyWest thread, if you can take a moment off from trying to hard sell them your crappy do-nothing "union" (association).

You didn't answer my other question. But asking Skywest pilots to divulge anything pay or work rule wise is like pulling teeth. Why is that?

It basically says a.." a SkyWest INC pilot" or a seperated pilot that is marked rehireable and wishes to fly for SkyWest airlines, will be able to come back with credited years of service for pay/401k/bonus, benefits....

We havn't had inflation over 5% since 1990, and the average since then is under 3%. So I would disagree with that part of the statement.

And now it seems GoJet may have a flow to Spirit. What do we have? UA CPP for the ERJ? An "almost" flow with Frontier? Yeah, that's reassuring.

But hey, there's a soft landing program! ....until you realize the bottom of the seniority list at XJT will be senior at SKYW as they join in inverse seniority order. 30 years at XJT? Welcome to the plug!

lol

Wrong....

The govt pulls trickery with those numbers. Started under Bill Clinton.

The real inflation number is much higher:
Alternate Inflation Charts

The new (fake news) way of calculating inflation takes into account entirely imaginary things like "value of innovation" and excludes many commodities

Our actual family budgets see around 3 x as much inflation as the govt's imaginary numbers.

"I reject your reality and substitute my own."

You can find anything on the internet to support your own views... I would say you subscribe to the fake news.
