as such, maybe delta will keep a number of you guys in ATl longer since the schedules must fly. 9E chief pilot sent a memo of concern that so many pilots withdrew their bid for our new ATL domicile.

And then the guys who have came to the company in the last 2 years will upgrade even faster. If you think 9E isn't going to be able to fill captain spots, you're crazy.

Not exactly bad advice, but there is more to it than just a move. If I move voluntarily, I will move at least 35 spots in ATL.

If I sit back and wait, I might end up on RSV where I am now domiciled when they move folks ahead of me.

Those who are sent to a new domicile within 6 months of it opening get $750 regardless if its voluntary or not. I definitely wouldn't move or make any lifestyle changes for this company at this point besides doing your best to gtfo. I would bid to whatever gives you the best QOL but to each is own

I understand, and agree with you Baloo. I was replying to another 9E pilot about our opening an ATL base. Kind of crossing wires in your thread, sorry for the confusion.

Once the United Express/ERJ side shuts down...are there talks of United joining L-ASA?
CRJ-700s for United.

There have been no talks lately of completing the merger. It currently appears as if there never will be, but who really knows at this point.

We all know the answer. Sad as it is, its ballgame. I was in recurrent 2 months ago. Talks of a real merger are done. No one expects a merger including management. Gonna be a hope to just survive situation at this point.

The company has allegedly shown no interest in the merger anymore or the comprehensive proposal from the union or about anything at all for that matter.

What? This makes no sense. Can you restate what you're trying to ask?
