I might be in the minority here but to all the vultures from other regionals circling this thread, we already know what our options are. We don't need your help. The thought of ever trying to profit off another pilot group's misfortune makes me sick to my stomach and I hope others feel the same.

It sucks what you guys are going through. No doubt about that!! The fact of the matter is you have the experience to get hired on your own. And in today's world there are many options available. If one was to choose a company that offers a referral bonus and not take half of it when it's being offered is just plain stupid. Be stubborn if you want to, but at this point you're only hurting yourself.

Oh we'd take the referral bonus if the situation came to it, just not from someone who is low enough to recruit on this thread.

Agreed. Most of our FO's have a few thousand hours of turbine time. No need to start over at another regional at the bottom of the list and pay scale. Lest we forget that furloughed ALPA pilots have priority in getting hired at other ALPA carriers; both legacy and LCC.

Endeavor. Twice if you count Mesaba which also did it in 2007. However, your point still stands about LCCs.
