CRJ pilot exodus has far exceeded expectations, even greater as a percentage of pilots than the ERJ side. I think management- DAL, Inc and UAL- forgot that this is a pilot's market. They are probably now trying to figure out how to meet the DAL contract while simultaneously ramping up for the UAL flying.

It's unfortunate. I would have expected better from DAL and SKYW.
But they made their choices, and I'll damned sure keep that in mind when my future plans call for air travel.

The more people that leave the better. Supply and demand 101. Hopefully they’ll do what CommutAir is doing, CA pay after year 1 regardless. In my opinion that’s the only way to start steering this place in the right direction. It’s absurd to have FO’s nearly maxed out on the FO pay scale.
