As of right now, we've lost about 10 captains per months on the CRJ side. We've been upgrading less than that, due to the fact that we are losing more FO's than captains, so not only do we need to replace them first, but also the captains that need to upgrade when FO's get pulled offline.

Interview
I have an interview in tampa this Saturday with Brandon. Any special recommendations?

Just remember ExpressJet need you more than you need them. They may be interviewing you, but you're also interviewing ExpressJet. I'd come to the table and ask the tough questions. (possible future flying, Company Shrinkage, Skywest relationship, attrition numbers, stability of contracts with mainline partners, signing bonus, etc)
Of course, recruiters aren't paid to tell the truth. They're paid to get butts in the seats. So, no guarantee anything he/she says will be truthful.
Be cautious and good luck!

Recruiting events, either at open houses, colleges, etc are done all days of the week. Interviews in ATL are only typically done M-F. Some events like Women In Aviation, OBAP, etc are done on weekends as well, does that mean all companies that go there and do on site interviews are desperate as well?
