I don't need to cover the negatives about XJT because I see a dead horse over there.
Pay is "slightly better" than "some"??? Who?

Duty rig only pays off SCHEDULED flying, not actual flying. So in other words, don't count on getting it.

Deadhead: block or better only applies when DH on company aircraft. Co. claims they "don't have the ability to track "other airline" (mainline partner) flights. ~90% of deadheads are not on company aircraft.

Ready reserve: count on doing all 6. In fact, count on being scheduled for more than 6, but then being rescheduled for something else, then being told it "didn't count" toward the 6. Why? Because they can! Oh, and L-XJT still pays 4 hours for 4 hours of ready reserve.

I only offer this as a public service.

I'm still waiting to meet the new hire who is enthusiastic about 2 years reserve and no upgrade in sight.

Btw, these are the CR2s sitting at a-tech with Delta branding removed. 974, 837, 528, 686, 980, and 845. Assuming 6 crews per plane that's 72 pilots we don't need anymore. Anyone wanna take a bet that thesell show up out west with Skywest painted across the side?

Captain T, It's 8 hours of RR for 4 hours of pay. I tell everyone I know how awful this place is due to reserve rules only. The people in scheduling are idiot combatant's who only have the authority to tell you no to any suggestion to an issue you provide. This place is run like a inner city high school. Brad S. said he was going to change the way scheduling operated, but same crap different decade. Do your best to get out or stay away.

Hasn't already been confirmed that SkyWest is taking some of the CR2s. It's not like DL wants to run them out of ATL.

Sorry, all but one is registered to US Bank. More than likely the lease is up and they are going to the desert. 980 is registered to Delta, so maybe it is getting an overhaul.

I think the Delta ones will be going to Endeavor...Plenty of pilots lining up there now for the carrots...

I'm not sure how this excludes them from being added to the Skywest certificate.

I think some will show up at Endeavor and some will show up at SkyWest...The chest thumpers will continue to deny reality and Nevets will continue to blame SkyWest Inc for everything while praising ALPA and preaching the need for a plan B...
