So if you guys truly want accountability, it's going to have to be put on the agenda for discussion at the next LEC meeting. Which will be at least 3 months from now since we just had one.

I brought up on the ASA MEC facebook page the fact that several very junior members of the Scheduling Committee repeatedly put in "just enough" IPB days to hit the bottom of the window and get a line, while Captains around 14 years of seniority are being forced onto reserve. My reward for demanding accountability was being personally attacked by the Scheduling Chairman. But that's pretty typical for ALPA. They have always brutally squashed dissent.

Why not bring this up on the ASA MEC facebook page? At least you will get a direct answer from the people involved.

Not bad! lol
At ExpressJet our First Officers are so old....
… they remember when FlightSafety in Atlanta had free cookouts on Wednesdays for everyone.
… they recall when the ASA logo was the main feature on the tail of the airplane
… they flew 902 when she had the deceptive propaganda battle cry from management "100 CRJ's and climbing" emblazoned on the side.

500 fpm, that's lovely hahaha! Stupid pig of an RJ. I struggled to make FL310 yesterday. Might be one of the last times I see the 30s until October.
