Nope. You can be part of the pilot groups willling to work for less, or be part of those that refuse to and wait for the pay increases or overall regional-mainline shift to come. Your call.
Endeavor.
I guess receiving a $20,000 pay increase, for each payscale, for the next four doesn't compute with you. They never had to vote in concessions, but the act of giving them all $20,000/year increase in salary is very indicative of leverage.

"They never had to" as in they didn't have to.
Voting in to concessions led to massive attrition and the parking of their 50 seat airplanes that was going to happen regardless. The $20,000 annual bonus for all pilots was a result of Delta's inability to replace the Endeavor pilots.
Understanding the leverage the regional pilots now have is a good start for everyone facing this dilemma.
You're welcome to vote in concessions and help INC out if you choose. Only will lead to increased attrition and faster parking of your 50 seat fleets. Or you can keep your current pay and ask for better, while making INC go to mainline for solutions, such as more money to attract candidates and retain their current pilots.

This is exactly what is happening at a very rapid pace. ASA and XJT FO's are leaving in droves for the other regionals. I've flown with several in the last few months that are going to PSA, TSA, Endeavor, Compass...you name it.

Like I said earlier, there is leverage. How much is yet to be determined. But the fact that our management is no longer asking for concessions and in fact has been giving us things for free and joined several other regionals in their bonus and referral incentives, along with even commutair getting their last LOA is real proof that there is leverage.

There is no way ASA and XJT pilots will be replaced unless mainline parks all those airplanes and shifts it to mainline and those pilots replace themselves elsewhere. That last part only has limited effect, due to diminishing returns in doing so.
Go ahead and vote in concessions. You will only further increase the attrition and parking of your 50 seat fleets.

Good for them. The early ones made a calculated decision, but if they haven't gone already, they have already missed the boat. The only upgrades they will get will be due to bypassing pilots, which means lengthy reserve as a captain.

The leverage is huge. We haven't even released any of the flow pilots this year and Compass is already struggling to keep up. We are only adding 20 aircraft too. A large percent of our new hires are coming from other 121 carriers. That pool is already tapering off.

It's nice to see someone gets it! No more concessions, management needs us more than we need them.

By the way. We have no leverage. They will not pay us more to keep planes in the sky because we are losing FOs. They will shrink the company. As long as companies like PSA and GoJet exist, we will lose FOs for a faster upgrade and continue to die. It may seem counterintuitive to the laws of supply and demand but you forget there is SKYW involved. This isn't a charity where they will employ us until the last banked dollar is spent. If they don't make the profit margins they want, then will close shop, walk away with their money and move on. You/we are nothing to this company!
