They begin to hit the line in April, will a full rollout by June.
You know I had never heard of gazelle.com till just now. After doing some research, and realizing what kind of service it is, I agree with you. Thinking some more about it, with the company deciding to agree to be reimbursed whatever gazelle gives you then a pilot hasn't come out of pocket at all. That's not so bad, I suppose now I just need to think of it as not really being mine to keep

There's going to be even more in the coming months. A lot of folks are just waiting for a class date.

I can tell be your tone you hate that side of the house so why don't you get in touch with Chip, Jerry, et.al and convince them to get rid of them.

Remember they play chess and you play checkers.

There it is. Plain as day in the conference call. It's almost over. Don't be a fool. Get the heck out.

If we can't be brought up to your level, but you get to have all these great things, then ****ing right I want to be compensated for that. What does it bother you if we get a signing bonus? Its not your money. If we can't get anything better then what we have now so you can keep your precious outliers, I want to see the money. In the words of, well you, what's the problem?

Am I entitled? Damn straight! I and all the rest of us have been busting our asses everyday for years for this company. Getting dicked around, furloughed, and whatever else you can think of. I've been working for this company longer than any other LXJT pilot. Not to say you don't deserve yours. After all the **** they've put us through, you bet your ass I want what we deserve. To say I'm entitled to compensation on your dime I find insulting. We work our asses off just like you. So don't compare me to some welfare recipient who sits around and reaps the benefits off others hard work.

Ok, settle down. I'm wasn't trying to insult you. But let's step back a moment here. I'm all for you guys getting the things we have AND vice versa. I think we agree that that is ideal. BUT IF we are to believe that the company will not agree to anything that increases pilot labor costs, then there are only three alternatives: stay separate (which I'm not in favor of unless the alternative is concessions), negotiate a new TA in which the two pilot group costs are equalized (meaning that the ERJ pilots would take a concession and the CRJ pilots would realize a gain), or grandfather the ERJ pilots. Now, where in that last scenario can the CRJ pilots get a bonus (which I'm not against) without it not increasing pilot labor costs? Your bonus would essentially be getting the things the ERJ pilots have in our contract. But we already established that the company isn't going to increase pilot labor costs.

This is why I said you are changing your story now. Given the constraints, your "bonus" idea doesn't float. So yeah, that's why I disagreed that I was obama when I fact you are the one demonstrating the entitlement attitude that you can't live with the fact that your neighbor may have it better so you want your piece of the pie or else you will throw a tantrum.

That's just the perception I get from what you wrote.

That wasn't new information either. But yeah, by the end of 2017, as it stand now, there won't be anymore ERJs. Hope everyone has their plan b ready.
