Only 7 guys/gals left XJT for Transtates so far. Guess classes aren't swamped with people from XJT as some say! Stay smart people!

Have seen guys from the ASA side as well. I'd like to know your source on that, as well.

The company publishes this information. (Which includes both seniority lists) Pretty glad only a small handful have made the mistake.

Be sure to tell them that when you're slinging their gear at (insert major airline here).

Not a mistake. Worst case scenario, I'm making more money in the right seat with a home base. Best case, I'm making a lot more money in the left seat getting PIC...with a home base! I don't plan on being a seven year F.O. if I can help it. TSA didn't sign a concessionary contract to get the flying. I'm at peace with taking the shot!

If you are in base with your move to TSA, it's a whole different ball game. Good luck with your decision. I hope it works for you.

I don't see the rosy future you do.

That is the aircraft retirement timetable management announced shortly before we voted down the TA. None of it has changed (except the 15 ERJs in DFW, which won't be enough to keep an airline going).

This is incorrect. Plus, your telling me everyone that leaves XJT just volunteers the information of where they are leaving? Sorry, calling BS. I personally know people who didn't even give a 2 week notice, so I doubt they told XJT anything.

I could care less whether XJT pilots come over or not. Its a personal decision. What is more than clear is the future of a junior pilot at one place vs. the other is dramatically different.

How is it that Captain Tony seems to be the only guy who is willing to face the reality of what is going on in this thread?

Scumbag airline? Nice and classy dude.

It isn't just about PIC its about doubling your pay too.
