Does anyone know what employee number to use for jumpseating US Air mainline? They said its a 6 digit number only for CASS and the union hasn't gotten back to me so I'm trying here as a last ditch effort before it leaves the gate. In the past they have dropped one or two digits off the 70XXXXX number but this time it's a new gate agent and they don't know.

Somebody is impatient. Hint: on the conference call they said nothing about CRJs coming offline in 2015 except 14 which is the United operation. Funny to hear CC trying to hide it in his voice.

Thanks for the replies to the US Air jumpseat question I had. The gate agent couldn't help me but their customer service kiosk did the trick and had me in the system. They said some of the gates have older computers that won't do our employee number so see them if it happens if that helps any other commuters out. Same response from the union so thanks again and carry on.

How can you consolidate the CRJ side? You're not going to have AA crews based in ATL.
Sounds to me like there might be changes afoot in the ERJ, but on the CRJ it will just mean more deadheading and higher expenses. I guess it could be a 200 base in DTW but I don't think that fits any reasonable definition of consolidation.
