If you're gonna tell a story, AT LEAST tell a complete story.

If the JCBA is in ANY form concessionary, then YES, let it drag out as long as possible.

If the SLI is in ANY form unfair to EITHER pilot group, they YES, let it drag out as long as possible.

Don't just take the word of the usual suspects like Tony, JoeMerchant, Southerner, or whom ever else THINKS they have a good handle on what the L-XJT wants out of this whole thing.

You know, the senior "I got mine so screw everybody else" crowd

Finally! I wish it was in the form of the prelims, so I could see how I stack up. I guess I could use the last prelim and figure it out that way. What about the new hires?

Legacy ASA actually has the higher operating costs per block hour vs XJT. It is in the transfer and process agreement that replacement aircraft will be flown but xjt crews. A lot of people getting excited over nothing. It has been skywests plan to refleet xjt ever since the acquisition. A lot of legacy xjt guys do not see the need to rush a contract or SLI because it appears they are looking for sizable concessions without giving an inch on QOL improvements. It is a negotiation and skywest isn't giving anything and they want a lot.

Is that Art S? I remember all three of them. Never had a problem with any.

I'm pleasantly surprised it came out ahead of the schedule.

I was surprised it came out early. I expected a crew message at the last minute apologizing for it being late.

Seriously, what are you a chief pilot or an IP? Or have you been an FO longer than they have been with the company?

The one and only time I had to urgently take the controls from another pilot other than back in flight instructing. Come to think of it I felt like an instructor all over again. Her personality has gotten better but the flying skills......wow!
