I love how you guys use this is a tool in your war chest of hyperbole and relentless psychobabble to scare people.
Is it factual that we are losing aircraft? Absolutely! However, you conveniently leave out the fact that attrition on the ERJ side is currently running at the rate we're losing aircraft, and is only slated to INCREASE.
What this means is that although we will not see crazy hiring and upgrading like some of the bottom-feeders out there, everyone who is here will be JUST FINE.
Until there's talk about voluntary LOAs and furloughs, there is NO news.
What's funny too is that they're offering to buy back vacations for CAs on the ERJ side and there are rumblings of hiring and upgrades to possibly start again Spring 2015.

I think they should cap CA PAY at 10 years in the new TA and see how JoeMerchant likes that. Would you still vote yes?

I saw the email from the MEC council about the passing of FO Nate Richeson. He was just a few classes ahead of me and I feel like I've talked to him before in the crew room when I was DTW based. God speed and tailwinds. Prayers to his wife and family.

I agree. That's how you prevent lifers, stagnation and high labor costs. Incentive to move along and find something better. Granted everyone has their reasons, but why anyone would want to spend a career at a regional is beyond me.

What's with the rumor of us getting a flow program to United? To be announced in December.
