By the way, does either side have a ready made E-175 AQP program in place? It is my understanding that the L-XJT side has or had been working on an AQP program for the E175...
SkyWest doesn't even have a AQP program! Have to get the planes on the certificate first, then got through the AQP program requirements... Just say'in...

Yeah, I understand that. My question was more along the lines of does XJT have a training platform to introduce the E-175 to our airline at some point if we are chosen to fly them.

It wouldn't surprise me if DAL had RFP'd a bunch of Endeavor's flying too, since they are imploding. But that's just my personal hunch.

Regardless, since we're one of the most expensive operators, the only argument we can make is quality, so we should probably focus on running a quality operation if we have any hope of surviving. I think that's what the MEC was trying to say... word is we will be watched in August as decisions are being made...

Short answer, yes. L-ASA has an E175 program ready to go. That is a fact. I've seen the manuals.

Of course they are, but that was by design. In the end they get exactly what they want. It's just been happening faster than they wanted

My friend got an email yesterday telling him that they have no new classes assigned and to look into Skywest.
