For some reason the 2007 hires on here act like they are the last of the last before we stopped hiring, and when they upgrade everything will be right in the world. There are 71 2008 hires on the June seniority list. We were furloughed and forgotten, that is true. But we are no longer. Until we upgrade or leave the upgrade "time" will not drop deastically.

No need to be a douche. All you are spewing is BS and speculation. If you are so sure SKW is going to split up the two companies, provide us with a credible source. Otherwise, delete this garbage. Your insult to the other person was classless and a complete lack of professionalism. So to give you a little taste of your own post, I'll provide my own assumption towards you. You're a rotten apple at ASA that is hoping and praying for the demise of L-XJT.

The new word is that Inc wants SKW to be solely a 175 operator in the future and whatever is left of XJT will be the CRJ operator. Obviously this would take sometime to come to fruition but it does make a lot of sense.

Exactly. It isn't going to be anytime soon where the movement reaches 2008, we're literally going to have to win a lot of brand new flying and brand new aircraft in addition to what we have for anything to happen quickly...we all know that won't happen. In the meantime, make as much as you can, enjoy the schedule and seniority in the right seat and try to get out.

FYI-I'm a 2010 hire, so I'm even further back...

Telling people that everything is going to be wonderful in an industry that's known for its radical swings is BS and speculation also. Especially when it so obvious that something's going on. Nobody can predict the future

The MRJ isn't even relevant until they actually get one in the air.

I'm no expert, but I believe that was sarcasm.

Where did you hear this "new word"?

I swear, people make **** up in their heads that they think makes sense and post it on here.

This "new word" is complete drivel and makes no sense at all. They should ban people like you from these forums for posting such complete and utter nonsense.
