ERJ is double occupancy during training. It's different to CRJ because of merger is still ongoing.

They will ask you the preference at interview. I know ERJ side is constantly running two classes a month. I don't know about CRJ side whether they r actively hiring or not.

So far we've had two classes a month since the beginning of the year on the CRJ.

At least one class a month on the CRJ side, FOs VERY understaffed to the point they can't upgrade and are worried about covering all the flying in May/June.

Looking forward to premium pay. I'll be glad to help for 200% pay like they've been doing on the ERJ side.

It's interesting that we rarely see that 200% on the CRJ side.

I don't always pickup open time. But when I do, it's nothing less than 200%.

And when we see 150%, it is based on block, not credit, and many times doesn't pay more than credit due to deadheads, etc..., but they sucker guys into taking it by turning it red.

Yeah and if it isn't picked up by a line holder at 200% it is assigned to me, a reserve FO, for 100%.
