How junior are IAH and DFW? Feasible as a new-hire or within a couple months?

If you end up on the ERJ side, DFW won't be an option. IAH should be easy right after training. If not, you can get it within a few months. It's still the biggest ERJ base and I don't expect this to change any time soon. Basically, if anyone is starting training for the ERJ side of the house (and the overwhelming majority of the new hires are), you can expect any base except DEN. As far as I understand, the classes for the CRJ are way smaller and less frequent, so logically less likely to get. Good luck!

All of them. They just haven't made the announcements yet. Apparently they have no problem telling new hires... I guess they have to tell them something.

Only a matter of time before Skywest is 100% part of the XJT mess. Welcome. We have been awaiting your arrival.

Nevermind previous... banned. He's posting from Skywest HQ. That's not going to happen here.

Wait. The Mighty General Lee is posting from a SkyWest domain? That's not a public domain and only available to SkyWest and ExpressJet employees. You mean GL isn't really a Delta pilot after all? WHAT A SHOCKER!!!

Now he's back on FI saying it wasn't really him. BS. I think he's been officially busted along with his many other screen names. Thank you mods for keeping the garbage off this forum FI is just one big echo chamber with a few multiple personality posters ruining it for everyone. I'm not surprised at all that GL works for SkyWest no mainline pilot is going to spend that much time on regional forums they are too busy suing each other and fighting amongst themselves to care about what happens at the regionals. Along with some recent slip ups (not knowing the acronym for FOQA) I think he's officially been outed as a fraud. At the very least he's taken his garbage back to FI where it belongs.

Thanks you

Wow.. just wow.. trying to tear the group apart again. It won't matter eventually when we get our SLI.

ERJ side will get Ejets, just a matter of time. When they can't staff them at skywest, that is when they will eventually need to replace the 145/135s. As for now, attrition is keeping up on both sides. Plus we are not "cost competitive" without our "industry leading concessionary contract."

Until we obtain one list with skywest, there will always be a whipsaw between the groups.
Finally, one hint of someone who gets it. Skywest pilots will continue to be used as whipsaw against XJT pilots.

The SkyWest pilots will start to worry when ExpressJet starts up their E175 certification.
