What's the Latest at ASA/Expressjet?

No offense to Eagle folks, but Xjet sounds worse than Eagle's current issues....even the pay sucks more than most!! Oh, and the interview process sounds completely out of line with todays' environment....assuming they don't modify the onsite process at some of the upcoming job fairs.
My opinion....if I'm wrong...how?

Is Xjet pay scale on APC accurate?
If not does anyone have the current pay scale?

Just want to add to that...
iPads are out for right now. Testing a new setup now, which is the Surface.
As for CNX pay, it can be skewed. For example, say you have a round trip, and on the flight out, you do 2 gate returns and eventually cancel. Say the 2 gate returns total block was higher than the block going there, you only get the scheduled block for the round trip.
Example (fake block times):
DTW - CVG: Blocked at 1:05
CVG - DTW: Blocked at 1:25
Say on leg 1, you do 2 gate returns that equal 1:35 (1:00 and 0:35). You would think that your total pay would be 3:00 (1:35 and 1:25 for the cancelled leg). Wrong, it will be 2:30 because they count the 1st gate return as leg 1, and the second gate return as leg 2, the return trip.
Hope that makes sense.

Wrong, and the union agree's. Filed a grievance, they agreed with the company with that issue. It USED to be that way, until recently they stated.

Newhires are placed wherever the company needs them, based on attrition. It's a crap shoot. The company doesn't run regular position bids (most companies run them monthly) so base jumping can be difficult. Also they tend to seat lock ("freeze") newhires for 1 year. Freezes are only waived when it benefits the company. Anyone who gets ATL as a newhire can expect 4 years on reserve. Upgrade is still running about 8-9 years. As -200s leave (and they will), ATL will continue to get more senior, and upgrade time will keep rising.

On the L-XJT side, we have guys who have been here for 3 or more years jumping to Mesa, Compass and even GoJet among other places. I know of one from my 2011 new hire class that went to GoJet a couple of months back and quite a few who either have gone to or are going to Mesa.
