On the CRJ side you'll enjoy $23.23 an hour for the first year. Second year is $36.13 on the CRJ200 and $39.14 on the CRJ700/900. FO pay tops out at year 7 on the -200 at $43.59 and at year 8 on the -7/9 at $46.98.

So we had to vote in the TA or we were going to shrink, and now we are having to reduce our block hours through June because we can't staff adequately. Which is it?
