Ain't skeer'd still voting no.

Hey Brad, maybe you should lead by example and return that $600,000 raise you got this year.

But if you can't run an airline without pilots financing future growth, than by all means shut it down. 90% of us will be gone in 5 years anyhow.

THis is the first reasonable thing I've seen you write in months.
Well said.

What kind of scare tactic is winding down the operation? Majors are hiring like crazy, wide majority of XJT pilots are sprinting for the door, classes are becoming harder and harder to fill, and multiple other regionals (Mesa, TSA, Compass) have 1 year or less upgrade time.

Voting NO

From what I hear, it's scaring quite a few based in ATL. That will be the base that passes or rejects this TA. That's the one most sensitive to scare tactics because it has the most desperate lifers who just need to squeeze another 5-10 out of this place before they can retire.

I saw number 1 and number 3 on the 200 in ATL today. They, along with everyone else I spoke to, said NO.

What are the chances that Brad gives that $600k back to offset some of the "labor burden" we place on the company?

I'd like to know the average pilot's salary @XJ, Captains and FO's combined. I'm guessing it's around $55k if you average them all out. Seems like the wrong people are being asked to take concessions to prevent a "wind down".

It's unfathomable that management is getting ludicrous salary increases while asking the working bees to give up what little they have to give. I guess it makes sense if you're trying to suck every penny out of a company before it goes into bankruptcy.

Forgive me if I'm late on all of this, I'm just getting caught up on this debacle.

If this passes, management will be throwing themselves the biggest party anyone has ever seen.

Let's not be chumps.

This literally happened at Northwest, they through a party when a contract was voted in.
