Nothing is being cut from anything, unless u girls cave. I'll keep what I have till this place burns and trust me I have more to lose then 98% of you girls on here. So keep your compilation attitudes to yourselves.
I expect the MEC to sit on this for at least another year to let the right environment start to take shape. Buy that I mean no pilots left her to cover the flying we have. Might take a little longer then a year but it will happen non the less

The unfortunate fact is that the leadership of both MECs are scared lifers who will absolutely do whatever it takes to keep this place in business just long enough for them to retire. To them, we're cannon fodder.
Expect to see a concessionary TA before the end of the year. I predict it passes in the 60th percentile.

It seems that any concessionary TA will pass. I doubt we will set any type of precedent because of the concessionary TA's that are in existence with other ALPA carriers.

So what's better for a FL based guy CRJ or ERJ. I thought based on ATL and IAD/DCA flights from TPA/SRQ CRJ was better...thoughts/inputs?

Thanks, poorly worded question by me. Phone interview discussed that if hired they give you a choice of aircraft if possible. What are differences between ERJ and CRJ besides obvious domicile choices E.G. Delta Express vs United Express vs American? Is the ExpressJet culture the same throughout?
