It's a pretty simple process actually.... Is it going to increase (yes vote) or decrease (no vote) my overall bring home pay.

And I'll bet 50 singles and the gas money to the strip club that when this TA gets published, the company will dangle Ipads in our face like carrots.

Hopefully you guys follow the Eagle way of doing things vs the Pinnacle way. Good luck, seems like you'll have a TA this extremely soon

hat concerns me is having a contract with the FT/DT rules coming out, and not knowing how it will affect us down the road.

Did anyone else notice this little blurb they slid in that binding arbitration is an option?

(3) Prior to the end of that 30-day period decide whether we are going to extend the private mediation, submit any remaining open items to binding interest arbitration, apply for mediation with the National Mediation Board, or seek some other approach to concluding negotiations.
Ruh Roh. That means they waived that section of the TPA. Considering how badly the last XJT arbitration want, why in god's name would they do that? And what else are they caving on? Sounds to me like the Eagle deal and the possibility of grabbing some of those large jets SKW ordered lit a fire under the lifer's butts to cave and get it signed quick. Grab your ankles if you're below the 30 percentile.

to echo the sentiments above, lets just hope there is enough people not looking to make a career out of the combined company to stand up and just say no the race to the bottom. They need us more than we need them moving forward, they can compensate us fairly and treat us like adults in the process.

But the problem is that a good 40% of the combined list know they are never leaving this place for various reasons (age, seniority, finances, family, etc). So they will do whatever it takes to keep it afloat until they can retire. Most of these same people are also well into 6 figures, and a 5 or 6k pay cut isn't going to break them like the company folding would. We call these people "scared lifers".

I agree, most lifers I talk to care more about the schedule then the money. They know they can go to mainline and make more money, but the drastic change in sked isn't worth it to them.

Unless its some massive concession, I think a TA sent to the pilot group will pass. APC poll will say 70% NO, actual results 70% YES. Some things never change
