It's still amazing to me that management reads this stuff, and doesn't fix any of the problems that are aired out here. I guess they feel that the posters are the loud minority. I'm thinking our performance statistics are a clear illustration that this is simply not the case. Oh well- it's their world and I'm just living in it.

Not sure it will keep the costs down....the wrong end of the pay scale will be voting with their feet.

Same reason sane people that publish things online don't respond to online comments. It should be a relief to us all that management does't respond to this site or others like it. Web forums/comments are about 5% substance. The rest is mostly emotional banter, fabricated rumors, immature personal attacks, and guys venting after a 14 hour day getting abused by scheduling. If you want to be heard, make some calls, knock on some doors. Anonymous web forums might as well be tabloid magazines.

Per Brad's Inc E175 update, Expressjet is working to add the E175 to certificate but we won't get any growth until the labor groups stop fighting and get joint contracts
