Just spoke with a recruiter a few days ago and he said they use the cognitive test in place of a sim eval.

I interviewed last year in early February, they made us do both the sim eval and the cognitive test, on top of that Delta test.

Its true. I was the very last person to interview in the CRJ sim. Everyone after me (literally, I was the last), was going into the 737 at Delta.

I interviewed mid march last year and had no sim ride. Computer testing all morning, lunch, company brief, 1 on 1 interview in the afternoon followed by the drug testing, done by 5.
