What is the pay like during training? How does the pay during training compare to Skywest and Eagle?

ERJ side is two payments of 740ish to last you the entire 6 weeks. CRJ side I think is better. Dont know about skywest or beagle

I've been wrong before, but I don't think tentative process agreement means they've picked a system. Sounds like they've agreed on a process to pick a system.

Ya I bet once WE finally decide the company will just say no and find a way to make a scenario that whipsaws US and start all over again
