How does the flying on the cr2 compare to the cr7/9 while on reserves, especially for the newly-hired FOs fresh out of the school house? I assume it's a crap-shoot but any info would be appreciated.

That's crap,... so why should we wait until the 21st for final awards. Why can't they still post them on the 20th. Someone messed up... so that someone should work overtime to get them out on time.

Essentially, the 200 is more work for less money. More legs per trip, usually. Shorter legs. I have credited over 8 hours per day on the 700 a few times, and probably average 6 hours per day when I fly. On the 200, I probably averaged 4.5 per day when I flew the 200. I had a few 7 leg days on the 200. Most I have had on the 700 is 5, but with higher credit.

Another opportunity for "management" to hand pick a focus group of suck ups who will tell them this company rules, they are the best and brightest, and we are on the right track with all of their wise decisions. Said suck ups then become the crop of latest line pilots to get pulled offline with 6hr/day for "special projects" in the GO, since most of the current crop are moving on.

Half the group members selected by management, the other half random. If they really wanted honest ideas, they wouldn't be stacking 50% of the deck. What a bunch of buffoons.

This is the most candidly honest assessment I've read in a while. Though brutally honest, it's completely true. Very funny and nicely played. Kudos to you sir!
