April 24, 2006, same class as the junior Captain on the last final award. However I don't expect that to hold. There was at least one error in the prelim that would push it up to the previous April class. It most likely wont get to April 24 or later without additional awards beyond what was advertised.

I really don't get why people think IPs are a good source for info. Every time I run into one, they ask ME what the hot rumors are. So of course I make crap up for them to spread around, lol.
