MGMT decided to exercise their right to negotiate 70 seat rates for the ERJ side due to lack of progress with the merger weeks ago, and to my knowledge they haven't finalized anything yet. Would be VERY surprised if things don't go to arbitration.

IOW, just something bigger than what L-XJT has now on the books, but not specifically 70 seat, etc.

Nevermind. Just looked back at previous few pages. Looks like we are all in the same boat.
They should have took some guidance from DL/NW......fix your union/personel issues and then move on. This company apparently was more concerned in setting records for SOC...
