Based on PCL/Mesaba/Colgan seniority integration award formula, the senior most XJT pilot would be placed about 380 on the list with relative after that.

Company asked XJT MEC to transfer XJT pilots to ASA side and/or voluntary furloughs...XJT MEC said no to both requests...

Fasten your seat belts....

I wish SKYW would follow the lead of the SW ceo by offering ultimatums with decreasing benefit to the XJET guys instead of having to continually hear about this.

I haven't followed this thread much since there is a lot of bickering but your suggestion that a company lower the benefits of another workgroup is absurd, you are suggesting that a company violate the CBA of another workgroup... It must be nice to Monday-Morning QB when is not your life!

we should have a separate thread to let people have food fight and keep this thread for rumors of movements, new airplanes, and new hire classes.

That's what they do on the Crack Pipe too. Don't like the message? Block the messenger! "Pay no attention to that man behind the screen! I am the great, powerful Wizard of Oz"! Is that you McK Pickle?

And speaking of The Pipe, is it down, or did the crybabies finally block us?

Sorry Merchant....I don't know ANYBODY here looking for $60/hr first year rates on an ERJ. It would be nice though, but that's not realistic. Everybody I speak to expects reasonable gains: Our 2004 pre-concessionary rates + some.

Quit while your behind Joe, you're losing credibility (not that you had any) by the second.

For those curious what those rates are that we are demanding from management, (according to Merchant) here ya go.....

From the UAL TA. These are the rates that would go into effect immediately, not including yearly pay increases:

EMB190/CRJ900 - FO
60.92|60.92|70.14|71.84|73.55|75.41|77.51|79.30|80 .14|81.24|82.00|82.72

EMB190/CR900 - CA
120.64|121.54|122.54|123.53|124.48|125.49|126.46|1 27.47|128.44|129.44|130.45|131.42

Hopefully it'll be soon. They aren't on an award yet and I wouldn't make any assumptions. In any case both have years of experience in multiple volunteer positions.

They are good guys. I'm glad to see them elected. God knows they have been here long enough to get the upgrade.
