There probably isnt a "todays prelim". I asked her after the first one how many she was going to do and she said the last bid was a rare case because it was shortened and that she was only contractually obligated to put out one. I was surpised to see the one yesterday but im not expecting any more.

I will also add that I feel many of you think our contract is worse than it truly is. Before you say our current contracts we are operating under are not similar, please actually understand what ours has. I personally don't have the time to look at yours and that is why I stated, "as I understand".
I'm not saying the CRJ CBA is bad, but read them side by side and a few more things may make sense.
Along those lines, what's the measuring stick for "better"?
Let me give you an example. ERJ airport standby is 4 hours, CRJ is 8. If the JCBA has airport standby at 6 hours, well that's "better" for the CRJ side, but is it better than the ERJ side?
See what I'm getting at?

They'll just do they do now, make sure you don't break the 75 hr min making it a wash. While having to sit the 6 hours for the guys that USED to only sit for 4.

Seriously, read and educate yourself on both. I have, and while L-ASA doesn't have a horrible contract there is room for improvement.

the prelims are for a vacancy bid for the DFW flying as well as a -200 displacement and -700 vacancy. But in fairness there was one month earlier this year where the ATL 200 reserves received their final schedules on the 31st of the month.
