We've seen this movie and know how it ends... I wouldn't be surprised if that's what St George has in mind. Won't be rainbows and unicorns for the ERJ side unfortunately.

Comments coming from people on the more expensive per block hour side of the operation, flying the more maintenance expensive fleet, with the longest longevity pilots,... Don't worry about us over here! We need each other to merge or else we really aren't competitive but one side clearly has the advantage here. Keep spewing garbage on here but we are one company and we will eventually be the same team. It is time to tell both MEC's that you are tired of the nonsense.

The LASA isn't all that senior...and not even close to the top 5 percent. The senior most member of the LASA MEC is probably at about the 25 percent level...Why would they only be looking out for the top 5 percent?

The sched system your side proposed will safeguard the top 5% and ignore sometimes over half the pilot group in a tough month. What we proposed takes care of the largest percent of pilots even in tight months. God forbid your ultra senior have to fly over 75 hours in a busy month.

Your guys are keeping you in the dark all for what? To keep guys like your top few in a base from having to work a little more when the rest of us are busted our tails. Yeah, that'll work.

Nailed it!!! I was in the school house this week and the "Big Dogs" said these same things. "They" also said, 120 new hires on the CRJ side before the new year!
