i love all the rumors i read here about E9, Republic, TSA, etc etc.

I heard xpress has contract neg 12/4th and that as soon as umion accepts it a month lter, itll go to $40/hr, shorter upgrades, etc.... rumors are the fuel and lifeblood for this forum.

Maybe, but it's in very poor form. Shows the character of the person. There are plenty of threads about endeavor. Or he can create a new one. But to come here and post that is tasteless, at best.

I agree, I'm with Endeavor and I can't remember seeing his posts before. Might be a new guy to 121. If that's the case, it makes sense. Wish you guys the best of luck, and happy holidays

He's probably a recruiter for Endeavor.

Plans were recently mentioned to bring multiple CRJ 200’s back onto the property along with 350 upgrades in 2016. This would cause our already fast paced seniority list movement to become even faster as we bring more and more pilots onto property. Endeavor currently pays a $20,000 per year retention bonus, one third of which is paid out every 4 months, and they have a guaranteed interview program with Delta airlines for new hires. Please PM me if you’d like additional details about Endeavor and would like a possible referral. I would be happy to assist you with the application process and answer any questions you may have. Thank you!

There is a reason why Endeavor will pay you 20k per year just so you won't leave.

If I had to, I could finish my career at ASA/ExpressJet and be fine with that decision. I can't say the same for Endeavor.

That would be nice! Add some growth and we would have a perfect regional fantasy!

Position notice 15-11 is out. As per LOA 14, minimum of 8 upgrades. With LOA 14, there will be at least a minimum of 8 upgrades per month from here on out.

For as long as the LOA stays in effect anyway. As soon as we have a new contract, that provision will go away. I think that will take at least 24 months, which would mean 192 minimum.
