They've been giving DECs whatever was in the standing bid - leftovers from July bid - namely NCE and OCC. Don't see any of those two in this bid.

Trading sequences

Is there any way to check how “red” a sequence is before the trade period opens? What about before you bid for a line?

Not impossible. Just have to use FOS instead of CCI and screenshot from there. But yes, HI6 messages should be in the correct format for easy reading.

Surely you can’t be serious. I said DCE should expect NCE and OCC and you countered with “nuh uh, they’ll get NCE and OCC”
