Per the letter, the company has the option to end that, as well as the bonuses, after that date provided they give ALPA at least 30 days written notice. They’d be absolutely deranged to actually do it in the current pilot market climate, however. Remember, there were also supposed to be PBS negotiations beginning when the 41st 175 arrived in property. Haven’t heard word one on that subject all year.

Unfortunately, I agree with him. Think how much this place is going to change in 2-3 years. The top 200 that aren’t flowing retire and our most senior guy will be a 2014 new hire. That’s assuming everyone flows and those that got in trouble and are forced to stay don’t count. By 2020, with all things remaining the same, this place will be junior on pilots and senior on management. I see them trying to get stuff over.

This sounds so appealing. By 2020 we will be flying E190-E2’s for C206 wages. I can’t wait. We all need to get involved with Union Volunteer opportunities and accumulate as much knowledge as possible so we can defend our workplace.
