I’d worry about psa not Envoy. Good job on saying no to concessions. Meanwhile over at psa they are riding our crjs hard and putting them away wet.

Not sure on all the details but had a PDT guy JS and his take was it was garbage. From what I remember it was pay raise to match envoy, 2 commuter hotels (250 cash stipend) and supposedly worse rsv rules. But what do I know.

That’s basically it. And they tried to fix our interface which is infuriating... interface is the first for days of the month the company assign any additional flying...all the lines have the first 5 days of...surprise surprise you just got a 4 day added or a 3 day and have 11 days off. Also they were going to extend the junior man to 5 hours from 4. Which is every turn in the system. For a $1 raise. **** off lol

Oh...and half of the lines would have 12 days off. Seriously? GTFO. I’m glad that they shot the turd down. PSA’s turn will be next and who knows what they’ll come up with. AAG wants SAP from them and their pilots who can actually take advantage of it won’t want to lose that.

Shifts burden of finding commuter hotels to the pilots and reimburses up to $250 a month.

Increases unlimited extension window from 4 hours to 5 hours per day (25% increase).

12 days off for 1/2 of the lines pre interface (a 20+% reduction of the # of 12 days pre interface that pilots were seeing in the summer).

Shifts burden of displacement notification onto pilot after a attempt to contact from Scheduling. After an attempt to contact a pilot had a specific time period to respond to get their new flying assignment. If scheduling dropped the ball or contact wasn’t made for whatever reason the pilot wasn’t allowed to show up for their flying as originally scheduled, they would be disciplined for a missed assignment they never received.

Shifts interface from the first 4 days of the month to a carry over interface period going into the next month where schedules can be dropped down to 11 days (12 days off min lines included). Flying assignments could be a 4 day line 30 hours off rollinginto antoher 5 carry over day trip or 5 reserve days etc. which the pilot couldn’t pick and chose to drop... this line item was the most squirrelly to get the Union to explain- they were either intentionally vague on how it would work, or didn’t understand what they agreed. It seems that as written scheduling could put a significant portion of the line holding pilot on continuous 90 minute reserve call out for the beginning of every month.

Establishes a union scheduling student council that could provide non binding suggestions/ recommendations on line construction. Company not required to follow any inputs from the union. Basically allowed the Union to see more of how the sausage was made but not to actually have an input into how the sausage is made.

Envoy 50 seat pay rates.
