If you get the pre-offer what are the chances you get the actual offer if you didn't fail to disclose anything? How long does it take?

Assuming that it's still a thing and we're not just taking everybody who walks through the door, you need to give a week or two for the Captains Review Board which meets on Fridays.

What I meant was does the review board weed people out or is that just a check to review any undisclosed checkride failures/criminal records? Can I assume I'm hired with a pre-offer?
